This one is brutal without Arc Cynthia. This and the fighting weak stage have been by far the hardest for me

Even with her, it took dozens of tries with just 1/5. This has to be one of the most unenjoyable events they have ever given. I totally just love having to beat these heavily rigged battles 49 times just to get the event title. I’m not even bothering to finish it tonight, maybe I will do it on a rerun, if they even rerun it. It was an objectively terrible decision to make players beat these stages 49 different times. Just have it so we need to clear all 7 stages.

@@asuuki2048 I gave up on getting the title. I found a f2p guide to just get me through this stage and my hands were starting to hurt by the time I had a successful run 😅 I normally like this type of event because it feels like a puzzle to try and get every theme skill and still counter the stage but this one was insanely difficult

I did it with: Giovanni and nidoking, also with Cintya and garchomp and finally it was red with snorlax and easy

The thing is that the OHKO is the combination of the sync move, and max move.

Let’s be clear. If the lessen skill exceeds 9 for all conditions, and interferences, it becomes a condition nullification until the end of battle.

Theoretically, that is correct. However though to be able to get all those lessen skills exceeding the cap would be a voluntary work lol. When an opponent recovers from a negative effect (status cond / interference), only the lessen passive related to that negative effect is leveled up.

@ And when maxed out, it becomes Status immunity, and interference immunity.

I have all of these units except for SS Giovanni. What am I doing wrong? I don’t see how with either team you were able to block the paralysis and the burning. I had to stop for the night last night after I couldn’t figure out how to get around their stat conditions which then in turn heals them.

@ yes I’m hoping I can take on some of the master battles now that my AS Steven is 3/5 with status immunity and Escape Artist to avoid traps. But I agree Ingo and Emmett were the hardest battle I’ve done since replaying the game. I originally was a day one’r that got bored waiting on the chapters to come out and the characters weren’t that good back then.

@@deggyG Me too. Maybe if the target was protected by safeguard, and has the escape artist skill, it would be even better. If only safeguard had MP refresh…
