Corrigenda are corrections where an author got something wrong; errata are corrections to production (usually publishing) errors.

Because of this video I found out that our use of errata is a lie, and many times errata is actually corrigenda. Apparently the only intelligent people in rpg publishing are GDW. I've been using the wrong word for 42 years.
