ufLYIT has a brace for that front cross tube you keep bending. When you bend it, do you just straighten it, or replace it? 2 CT2 is the part number. (dont ask how I know) I was 245 pounds, dropped to 220 just using common sense, then dropped to 200, and stayed between 195 and 205 for about 13 years. When I went for my pilots license, watched enough videos of guys spending thousands on carbon fibre to shed a few pounds, while they walk around pushing 220+, so figured an easier way to shed the pounds on the plane was to start with my backside. (actually frontside, about the middle). From March to June dropped from 205 to 185. Easy, Intermittent fasting. I would start there before I took the starter off..... Also part of the issue with some south of the border, and some suggesting canadian planes are overweight, when the average canadian pilot is about 20 pounds lighter than the average american... (ducks and runs for cover)
