24:54 lvl11 3man ult to just get 50 extra healing from a rune that is supposed to empower ults is kinda dogshit

Its 9% increased healing. But the point is the 7% off cooldown per assist/kill. And its more worth then manaflow anyway

@@miketrollyou2170 no one uses manaflow tho is nimbus vs axiom, and only 1 can be used before 6 and procs with summoners spells i guess axiom could be good into heavy cc teams where you need the ult more often but apart from that nimbus seems like a better all-round rune in soloq

Any scaling support feels kinda rough with the early game focus Riot has been pushing. Milio feels bad for sure though.
