Wow , really nice video . But i think u shouldnt use those minimalist shoes , they don t absorb ! And your ankles and knees will be destroyed in few years ;)
@eeto919 жыл бұрын
Antonio Tinessa I've been training 9 years and 7 of them using only feyiues as my shoes. During those 9 years I've worked my posture and landings a lot and I've never experienced knee or ankle pain. So don't worry I'm aight (:
@EnduranceParkour9 жыл бұрын
I think it really depends on the person. I trained in Feiyues for about 5 years and these days my arches are often rapidly fatigued from very little, but that's probably in part a genetic weakness. I wouldn't worry about joint pain so much as wear and tear on your feet themselves, but to each his own. Clearly the sense of touch is working for you and your unbelievable level of control and creativity. Keep it up.
@eeto919 жыл бұрын
Milo Finnegan-Money Yeah that is most likely and it could be that my body weight is also optimal for them. About the tearing up of feet, I think it really could be the case if I frequently did huge things that were at the limits of my abilities and strength. But anyway, the future will tell I guess.
