damn, i... I've been practicing parkour for almost a decade now. I started gymnastic this season to get some variety and different challenges. Lately it's been so much about practicing practicing practicing gymnastic stuff and working towards an end-season show with my gymnastic union, that... Parkour in my everyday life got slowly shoved away bit by bit, despite that i teach parkour once a week. It's not the same. i, uh... i just watched the video again. I cried with tears of joy to see such beautiful movements again. I admire gymnastics, and all of those powerful and big moves people do in their "way of parkour" but this... To me this is the true parkour. I really thank you for making this, to be such an inspiration.

Your first Shine vid was (and still is) a gem to me. Used to watch it from time to time, no matter which year it was, got inspired every time. @@erikcohen9279 I would suggest to try out everything that comes to mind. It´s mainly about transitioning from one move into another & about the connections inbetween, so don´t just focus on single moves but rather on building a flowy line with whatever you have.
