We are the OKEs. A Nigerian + American couple allowing God to write our love our story. Last year, in June 2020, we met on Instagram. We held a long-distance relationship for six months before getting married in Dec 2020, in Lagos, Nigeria. Instead of a honeymoon or settling down right away, we decided to spend the first year of our marriage touring the continent of Africa, allowing Christ to lead our lives and marriage. Since then, we've been to 7 countries together and have learned so much about each other, marriage, and what it actually means to love unconditionally.
We are on a mission to inspire other couples to allow God to write their love story and break the standard of what society says love and marriage are all about.

Thank you for sharing your lives. I found you all last night and now I am all caught up on your videos. Your videos have given me some confirmation about being a bit more open to love not knowing any bounds, allowing God to be in the center of it all and trusting him in the process. When you do those things love, real long lasting love can result. I love how you said in a previous video; you knew your husband wouldn't be American and that you also weren't trying to be somene's girlfriend for a long time. I have the exact same feelings. To see you both with your daughter and how you've leaned on God through difficulties has made my heart smile. When you fully trust him amazing things happen.
