My wife is 8 months pregnant and as she was driving today, she got involved in a terrible head collision accident. Her car was pushed 15 metres away while she was inside. She was displaced from the driving seat to the passenger seat. I thank God she survived without any injuries except swellings. After checkups, the baby is 100% okay. God is great.

I just felt it has been long a long time i had listened to your messages so when this message popped up i just thought why not listen to this...... Thank God i did because you have just encouraged me to be more. I am a lover of God, a pastor's wife and a parent coach. Ma about parenting you talked about, you just hit the nail on the head. I pray that so many parents would get this right and learn how it should be done. Abusing, yelling and hitting are not parenting strategies. As a parent coach,when i tell parents that they need to unlearn and relearn parenting, that there is a better way that is more constructive and intentional they justify their abuse by saying " that was how i met it" or "that was how i was parented". I wish I saw this earlier, it would have altered the course of my relationship with my ex (which unfortunately for me, is now married).I never really gave much attention to the concept of matrimony -albeit had plan of spending the rest of my life together with her-until now, the last couple of days have been one earmarked for learning, unlearning and relearning about marriage.I'm yet to see the bigger picture as to why things ended the way they did, but I know in the fullness of time, everything will be made manifest. I pray God,through his omniscient working,bring a partner that will complement my vision and mission . Until then we'll keep building.God help us all.
