Clothes & shoe shopping are top on my list of worsts. Too much noise, too many lights, loud music, ppl chattering, signs and now you want me to touch, feel, look at, put on, take off and choose all sorts of stuff 😩 good grief (in my Charlie Brown voice). Great job Jess! And everyone else who came along to coach and give encouragement and support. I love that she wants to walk more. I've been doing a walking program for my back pain, and to prepare for Disney. I started at 5 minutes, six weeks ago. Now I do 30 minutes daily, and then a few more shorter walks in addition. Got to build up that park stamina!!
