Renowned scholar Dr. Tareq Al-Suwaidan admits that even after teaching leadership to over 100,000 students, training influential leaders like prime ministers, and writing 9 books on the subject, he still has trouble understanding what leadership is. He shares with us the signs of great leadership, what sort of skills leaders need to learn, and how to recognize a bad leader.

One of the most important factors in leadership is when the leader goes absent for a given reason, he ( or she ) prepare, designate and announce the immediate successor. That way, there will be no vacuum and no chaos. You, Muslims, claim that your prophet did not leave a designated successor to take care of Islam and Muslims' affairs. Therefore, the Ummah had to choose among themselves a leader. What an insult !? Abu Bakr was " smart enough " to pass it to Omar. Omar was satanicly clever to forge a six members " shuuraa " in order to counselt among themselves and come up with a " caliph ". Every equation would serve the " NOT ALI SON ABU TALIB ANYWAY ". The comity had to reach its goal within three days. Otherwise, their heads would be chopped of. What a leadership !? Good luck with that big brains.

1. "God is One" God revealed himself in a plural form from the beginning and yet being one. This is even stated in the book of Genesis in the Old Testament, which Muslims believe is the word of God. (Genesis 1:26) Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” (Genesis 3:22) Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us in knowing good and evil. Now, lest he reach out his hand and take also of the tree of life and eat, and live forever-” (Genesis 11:7) Come, let us go down and there confuse their language, so that they may not understand one another's speech.” 2. "Jesus never said he is God" Not only did Jesus himself claimed to be God, but his Godhood was also affirmed by Old Testament Prophets such as Isaiah. (John 8:58) Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am.” (John 10:30) I and the Father are one.” (John 12:47) If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. (Isaiah 43:11) I am God; and beside me there is no Savior. (Isaiah 9:6) For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (John 14:9) Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? (Revelation 1:8) “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” 3. You need to keep the 5 pillars of Islam for Salvation, because Salvation is by Works for Islam. The Bible says that God is Holy and he will Judge you for every sin you committed no matter how small, no one will escape his Judgement, everyone will be hold accountable. The Law says "You shall not commit Adultery", but it also teaches that if you look at a Woman lustfully you already committed Adultery with her in your Heart, the Law says "You shall not Murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment" but it also teaches that if you are Angry with anyone without Just cause you have already committed Murder. It is only by faith in Christ Jesus will you be save, apart from works. (Revelation 21:8) But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.” (Romans 3:23) for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, (Romans 6:23) 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Ephesians 2:8-9) For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. (Matthew 11:28-30) Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” 4. "We believe the same God and Jesus was a Prophet" Jesus makes it clear that he is the only way to God. He called himself the Son of God. He also said that if you do not have him, you don't have the Father. So it is not possible that we have the same God or the same Jesus. (1 John 2:23) No one who denies the Son has the Father. Whoever confesses the Son has the Father also. (John 14:6-7) Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him.” (1 John 5:12) Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. Conclusion: If you say you believe in Jesus, then you have to realize that you do not have the same Jesus of the Bible. So ask yourself, which Jesus is the Quran telling you about because it is not the Jesus of the Bible. The Jesus of the Bible give you eternal life by faith in him. Call out to God to save you in the name of his Son Jesus Christ and he will save your soul from hell and you have assurance of eternal salvation! He came to this world to die for you sins satisfying the wrath of God and rose again! (John 11:25-26) Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”

Idk why this corporate training video was included on this channel but the only one deserving of "followers" is Allah and the only "leader" of Muslims is Allah. Do not be mis"lead" by these people and their own personal goals.
