I have a macbook M1 air base model it is smooth. You can buy base model macbook air the only problem is screen is very small so might need external monitor or else you can buy 15 inch macbook air

@@coderprakashGet a 16gb air or pro depending on your budget. Always give preference to ram than ssd. Have a mb pro m2 16gb ram and never had an issue with android studio and xcode running simultaneously along with edge tabs open. Go for 16gb even if you dont plan on doing app development. You can't upgrade ram after purchasing a mb and don't listen to people who say 8gb works for them so you can get base model. Base model may work today but definitely not 2 years down the line.
