I think the problem with most of these public/celebrity investors is that you'll hear all about what they're buying but never when they then sell... Or conversely, they'll say one thing publicly and then their actions are the exact opposite behind the scenes.

Chamath's 3 employee types reminded me of Neil Gaiman's definition of being a good employee - to succeed you need to have 2 out of the following 3: Being good, Being nice, Being on time. You can succeed if you are good and on time (but a terrible person), good and nice (but late) or nice and on time (but not that good).
