Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration at Mussoorie
In this episode, Abhishek Saraf shares his training experience at LBSNAA. He also shares his memories with other officer trainees in the academy of his batch.
In India, most officials of the head common administrations of the nation are chosen through serious Civil Services Examinations controlled by the Union Public Service Commission. Candidates who are acknowledged go to LBSNAA for a four-month Foundation Course. In this course, the sensation of "fairness" among every one of the students is presented.

After this, officials of the Indian Administrative Service proceed with their expert preparing at the foundation, while officials of different administrations continue to individual staff schools, for example, the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy in Hyderabad for Indian Police Service officials and the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy in Dehradun for Indian Forest Service officials. Sir Students in schools and college are going through various kinds of harrasment. both mental and physical. Research scholars are treated as slaves and abused physically and mentally.
