Chamonix Best Hike | Hiking To Lac Blanc For Sunrise

Hiking in the dark to Chamonix most viewed lake, lac blanc. We thought it would be dangerous and not recommended as we couldn't find much information online about hiking in the dark in Chamonix. We had no idea about the conditions of the trail or if there was any dangerous wildlife around. After successfully get the most amazing views of Chamonix and the Mont Blanc massif we've ever had I can tell you it was worth getting up at sunrise to hike to lac blanc. The trail was in great condition and there was no real way of getting lost. This early morning hike to Lac blanc avoided the crazy Chamonix crowds and left us at lac blanc alone enjoying the view!
