So, you haven't seen this: Due to the ban in Les 2 Alpes in France, many Speedflyers are coming to Val d'Isère this summer. The situation with the city mayor is extremely tensed in Val d'Isere too, and they just want to ban us too.. We just had 2 crashes in 2 days, serious ones. This is sad, and more overit is giving them arguments to stop flying activities in Val d'Isere. We fight a lot to give proofs of responsible attitude, and to organise the activity safely. This process is long and difficult with the city mayor, as they noticed so many disrespect of forbidden areas, bad behaviours and crashes. In order to help us and save what can be saved still, we ask you to reconsider your projects to come to speedfly in Val d'Isere this summer. To be clear, please don't come this summer, letting us some time to calm down the authorities and negociate the future.. We hope you understand, and we hope to be able to welcome you next season with solid rules that allow us to have full of fun !
