Helpful correction. Hopefully we can all agree that Nigella was/is a disaster of a chef. I watched her making a Vietnamese spring roll and it reflected no understanding of the dish at any level and ended looking like a beach-stranded jellyfish with raw chopped spring onion in it.

This all looks quite yummy but not very French tbh. Maybe the roti farci, but that's it.
