Kirsten Official yung akin sis sila mismo nagsend kasi hindi ko na nakita ano mismo sinend nila kasi sila nagprocess lahat. But may mga nakikita ako na posts na ung applicant mismo nagsend but sender is name ng school nila and totally sealed lahat ng docs. Not sure lang. you can try to search sa Lefora.

Ms. Gail, I used that link to get my certificates of the mandatory course. Tapos kala ko okay na kasi Tapos na ko magNCLEX. Tapos ayun 1 month later ng NCLEX KO, Nagemail si NYSED na send ko daw yung certs ko. Eh di ko na mahanap yung nadownload ko dati. Tapos ngayon when I try to login sa website nila, no user found daw. Tapos di rin naman matawagan. Last week pa ko nagemail nagbounce email ko. Nagemail ako ulit Wala pa rin.

Hi sis! Forms were pre-filled out na when I printed them. Naka-type na since I filled them out sa laptop. I signed it ng signature lang talaga. 😊 No I did not attach my college diploma since sa school nila yun dapat makuha. I think I mentioned it sa vid. Thanks for watching! 😊

Hi Mam Gail, i planned po last year na magpasa ng requirements sa NY state for nclex kaso hindi ko naipasa agad. Ayos lang ba na ipasa yun kahit last year 2021 ko pa yun nakuha? Or need ko magrequest ng bagong TOR? THANKS
