Okay, hear me out, two video ideas. 1: Drugs only. You can get gold acquisition items and pillars and anything that isn't an item, but you can only buy drugs in shops. 2: King's Chest items. I feel like Fighting Spirit of a Warrior *_SHOULD_* work on Champion because that's a Demi-God item, and it counts its blocks/parries as getting hit, even though you don't take damage (same applies to the new spear item)

Hey Beelz, all effects that stay if you are hit do something that does not especificaly say that you have to lose life activate on parry and immune faces, so Warrior and the Ascetic do activate those effects

It's a big fat reminder of how the Mirage effect from.... Heritage? It might be Heirloom.... the immune to 1 hit Mirage effect. It reminds me how that gets consumed whenever you try to parry an attack. Anything that connects counts as a trigger.

Beelz \o/ The effect of Clone Clone/ Double Prince's Box was put on modified Treasure (adding 1 to all inscriptions). They said they would bring back the effect "in some form", not that they will bring back the items specifically. The devs did a lot of asset reusing but in a good way. For example, if you remember the old Piercing Wind inscription - that thing was made into an item, King Arthur's legendary sword.

Like imagine the effects of 2 mystery +4 courage +4 wisdom + golden king's grace all happening at the same time, plus with some kind of transformation skull (arthur, champion, berserker, yaksha (don't like him though))

Yes you should totally do an ultimate final form slime run! Rig in maybe just the legendary items at the start and get the others naturally but it would be amazing to see the power of all possible offensive items on Slime at once. Go-getter? More like they all go-got!

They got removed a while ago, as far as I know shortly after Dark Mirror released. I've asked Mr Bacanudo to do some data digging and according to him the actual files for those items no longer exist.

my strognest build with champion was literally 2 kirion, thief's black hidden blade, bone of switness, hope slasher, execution axe, golden sword, the ring and i don't remember my other arms weapon, and Orc. the final boss fight went down SO FAST that i literally got the archivement of "no damage" on the final boss

you get the skull and item machines fairly early on but the bone pillars I wanna say are midway through ...you should have most of the really good stuff unlocked by like 7 and the last few bits are just gravy like the extra gold / bone machine and the thing that upgrades little bone Just keep chunking away at it and you'll have it in no time.

As the others have said, you'll unlock new features as you climb the Hard Mode ladder. The first time you beat each new level going from 0-9 you'll get a new perk. This includes the bone pillars, being able to select rare skuls at the start of runs, the inscription machines, bonus resource generation and more. Beating difficulty 10 is a cosmetic unlock. Once you've beaten a level of difficulty the unlocked perk is permanent, so you only really have to beat up to 10 once. Then you can do whatever you'd like.

I've been meaning to do a big Shield run showing why he's so good. I might do that soon so it can stand as an example. The most recent Ghoul video is also a good example of what you can try. Piety (dark ability) helps if you've unlocked it. Which I thiiiink you should have unlocked the rest by difficulty 8. If you don't have piety you can still more or less follow the build and it'll work out 9/10 times. Ghoul + revenge and antique/fortress works wonders.

That slime idea was something I was thinking about. Can you do like an item damage only build. No attacks. No skill uses. Unless you count slime’s skill but it doesn’t really do damage without items( I think)

Slime offense builds exist. I've done ... at least one for KZbin. Mostly a stream thing as they usually take a while to do. The main items you'd need are Mages Necklace and Manatech Generator. The Cudgel now, helps out. If you had some balance skulls then the Mana Bone wouldn't be too bad either.

The story is complete, but liiiike where the dr robotic guy we see in the background of the leonia sisters fight... Hes nowhere to be found at the end of the game with the emperor, all we know is the bozo just stormed out the room when his two prides of joy got their ass kicked and evicerated from a dark beam... Oh the big bald dude? He was fed to the Chimera. The head alchemist guy that you see briefly during a story playthrough who gets stepped on by the Chimera mentions it. He just, always dies after he leaves the room haha. It's why people have long asked for ''What if'' types of fights. Where instead of the sisters you fight the big bald guy. And instead of the Chimera you fight the head alchemist. Instead of fighting dad, the demon king breaks free but he's become unstable and you've gotta fight him.

Beelz I have a question. There's a debate on where Invisible Knife is actually better to take than Gunpowder on crit focus build. Altho one is Rare and the other is Unique, having Misfortune built in, and easier to find, Invisible Knife is doing more damage than Gunpowder. Idk what's your take on this one?

Vampire, Balrog (as a skull) and Plague Doctor are the ones I'm aware of. The plague doctor doesn't really work. It just has 1 attack and a dodge. Balrog is just himself. Vampire is the only true custom made one based on files that were found in game. Seems at one point they wanted to make a Vamp skull and put it off.

since you take infectious disease a lot and mention kingslayer I've been thinking: which one has priority over the other? Does infectious disease take off 30% of a boss's hp and then kingslayer kills them at 10% of 70% or does king slayer kill the boss at the same amount of hp they would normally if infectious disease wasn't applied?

Infectious disease, by having it reduced everyones hp by 30% pre-emptively. Everyone in the run is just nerfed. So if dad hypothetically had 100,000 hp normally. Kingslayer would kick in at the 10k mark. With disease he would start at 70,000 and therefore Kingslayer should activate when he's at 7k. It serves more as an execute type of ability. Only kicking in once the threshold is met. Disease just nerfs everything by 30% to begin with.

Champion is right under Yaksha in terms of bad legendaries. She looks cool, but she's so painfully weak and can only hit like one person at a time. Unique Pike was killing enemies in a fraction of the time it took for champion to do so. Idk how people like her. But, then again, I'm sure that there are people who unfortunately like gargoyle.
