That kitchen island is BOMB! It's the centerpiece of the house. I have no complaints, I just see myself adding some handicapped bars on the sides of the tub and I will be good! ❤❤❤ I'm going to elbow the ol' man. 😂😂

I dont mind the cook top on the island ,but the hood is just in the way . The utility room needs a sink. Love the windows with nothing to obstruct the view. In my family, I sing lead, and my husband is the guitarist and does the harmony at church. Extremely lovely home great price. Thanks for another awesome tour.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins, open shelves throughout, the island, and the den. Also, I love the tub in the master bathroom.❤❤❤❤❤

I counted 8 drawers but I may have misseed some, which is great. Lots of cupboards plus that pantry, it is great. The one end of the island could be used for cutting out patterns or working on basting quilts, etc. I have a flattop stove and I hate it. My legally blind husband cooks and doesn't see the mess he is making and grease goes everywhere, but at least we have an upright portion in the back of the stove with the knobs, etc. and it gathers so much grease. Without that protection here, you will be scrubbing that island everytime you framble an egg especially with bacon! I don't care how long you meander in the kitchen and different rooms. I'm retired. 🤣 Love the carpet. It looks like you could really squeeze your toes in it (Bruce Willis - Diehard #1) . That den would be my sewing/craft room if this were my house. Those freestanding tubs remind me of the cartoons from long ago where the casnnibals have missionaries in them. It is amazing what comes to your mind when you have 68 years of memories. Love the wood sculpture in the bathroom and as always, hate the barn door! It could use a bit more storage like a linen closet. The closets that a re there, are sufficient but if you don't put one of these on a basement, it cuts off a lot of places to store things like Christmas trees.

Here I am thinking that this is a different person shown a mobile home. As I watch the tour, I thought this guy was copying Chance tour of homes. At the end of the clip, I see you chance instead of Colliers. I was surprised that was use on another channel that is shown on this channel. So, I enjoy watching your mobile homes tour. I watch them when they are uploading every week. This home is nice. the island is big. That what I like a lot of space to cook and to bake and cook on.

what you complaining about? your lot is more then twice the square foot of the home. the trailer is 1820 sqft the home would fit on ur lot no problem.

Hey Chase, it would be great if you would point out which windows an be opened. LOVE wall ovens instead of an all-in-one range. And why do these manufactures have issues with putting coat closets by entries? Those of us in "4 season regions" need places to hang jackets and coats when we come in from the cold!!

I'd like to see one less window in the kitchen and more cabinets and the kitchen window (s) need to open otherwise just useless. Get rid of the ugly supposed fireplace and replace with traditional style fireplace with gas log or wood burner.

I owned a Champion home, resulted in a 3 year lawsuit to get them to take it back, it was a complete piece of garbage! The people were horrible, the truth never came out of their mouths. If you’re in need of a nightmare this is the company for you!
