This one is phenomenal. The Homestead. That pantry is to die for Chance and pantry dance worthy! I love everything about this one. There are plenty of windows, and I love the one in the master.closet. The master bath is absolutely perfect, with both a soaking tub and a separate shower. Also, I especially love all the storage space in this home because you can never have enough storage space. I even love the outside look of this home. They knocked this one out of the ball park. Thanks chance for bringing us another fantastic showing.

In about 1964, my parents bought a brand new track house in Southern California. It was THE BEST on out of the proposed 200+ going in over 4 years. The homes started at $9,500. And ours was nearly 12,500. You had your choice of 8 year, 10 year or 12 year mortgage. Our payment on the house was less then $90. a month. Years later (about 12 or 13?) we sold the place for over $100,000. This shows how fast property values were going up AND how fast our own U.S. DOLLAR 💵 was going down! God how I miss those days! One man with a decent job was all it took to support the family, save for College and invest for your old age and retirement! But NOW? Thanks to both crooked politicians and crooked bankers? That America 🇺🇸 may be lost forever! Yes, I'm a Senior Citizen. So I have strong, vivid memories of what this America used to be. We need to rebuild and restore our country to it's former glory!

Im there with you. My mom and dad's house was 12,000 dollars. Dad worked 40 hrs week. Mom was home. We had nice clothes (always on sale from better stores we couldn't afford) but my dad made a $ stretch. We wore winter coats 2 years. We had music, dance, lessons and braces on our teeth. My dad NEVER had a new car until after retirement. He kept everything in mint condition. Did his own painting. Fixed cars. We never ate out. All home cooked meals. And guess what. We were happy, secure, safe. Good memories.

The one thing that keeps or getting being perfect is that there's no counter next to the microwave. You need some counter space to pull out the container and stir or to mix in additional ingredients. Also to set the container down to open the door. The butler's pantry was awesome! And great utility room/mudroom!

I love that the dining area is connected to the island, Love the hidden pantry of course I love having a porch I think that makes a home more inviting. love the large storage in the utility room. I like the wood look floor. I rarely do but this looks like it is real wood coloring. Love the pantry but would rather have a real door instead of the fake looking ones. Nice kitchen, plenty of drawers, storage, and even nick-nack places.Needs a bookcase for cookbooks. Great closets in the smaller bedrooms. I like this house. Big enough but no wasted space.

Chance, I really like this home. The country ‘shotgun’ styling is refreshing for a change. Just like you like pantries, I like built-in front porches. I’d prefer a stationary bench in the primary shower, and the joining of the island and dining table wastes so much potential seating at a potential breakfast bar and opposite side of the dining table. Personally, I’d like a more formal area for my guests to dine, and not have an up close view of the kitchen. Other than those two things, this one gets an 8 1/2 from me. Great tour Chance.

Love everything about this home and can't beat the price. I would get rid of the little counter and cabinets in the pantry so I have space for a freezer and I'd get rid of all of the wire shelves throughout the whole house and get wood ones. I like the table and island combo. On the rare occasion I had a bunch of company, I have some card tables and folding chairs. They be sitting at the kiddy tables. Rofl!

Even if it’s more open than we’d like, it was a decent floor plan. I absolutely love that hidden pantry!!! Hope we could pick different colors, since we’re not fans of so much black & white on the walls and cabinets. We prefer more rustic wood accents around the fireplace and for cabinets, but it looked well-made. The price was good enough for us to consider the attached garage option~Thanks for showing us this one Chance 😊

This home has excellent curb appeal and for a modestly sized home, this looks quite roomy. I love the interior color scheme. This is one of the nicest kitchens I’ve seen for a while. I loved the light color of the cabinets. There’s plenty of space for two people to work together in the kitchen. All of the bedrooms had spacious closets too. I loved the master bath. The print on the flooring was really pretty and it was rather subtle and not such a bold and in your face design. Three things I would change; all under mount sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile surround in the hall bath and no dining table attached to the island. I can’t believe the price too. I thought that was very reasonable. Very impressive.
