One day when I was working out, someone came behind me and said "I like your back " . When I walked back to my Bletrainers Doc asked me, "what did Arnold say? I told him the voice behind me said "I like your back ". Doc and Eric went crazy, it was a compliment to their good work. Thank you for that. I remembered your voice. Fast-fordward ten years, I come from work so tired, I laid on my sofa and Terminator was playing on the VCR. I was in and out of sleep. I heard a familiar voice say " I'll be back." Thats when I found out who Arnold was. Blew my mind. I laugh about that all the time. Young and clueless. 🤣🤣🤣

Holy shit is that really true?? THATS CRAZY
@thelmajohnson985 Жыл бұрын
@@Insertchannfdbadbfd That's not all the reason I was bodybuilding was part of my job description. They had been soliciting for women to join the gym, they refused they didn't want muscles. I was working at the gym as a spotter for the Vietnam Veterans Aginst War Special Olympics Team. My boss was Bob Wieland he was also the weight coach at Cal State University Los Angeles. I was training there for the 1976 Olympic games. Bob had we talk with other females to try strength training to enhance their performance. I was married and I would te.l my husband about how great my boss was. Fast-forward again 1974 to 1976. My husband had been in prison for 4 years. I was in the shower when he came home from prison. When I stepped out he began to dry my back. My husband told me turn around and put both my arms up and make a fist. He looked me up a down and asked me " was their a guy named Arnold in the gym?". I said who is Arnold, he said the King, I said the King of what????. He gently patted me on the head, kissed on the cheek and left 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Two years ago was the first time I saw PUMPING IRON. I was able to put all the pieces to the puzzle together. I now know how and the why's that made up the tapestry of my extraordinary life. First it was all bad now that I'm nearing the end I realized it was actually aII GOOD. 😇😇😇💋 I am coming off the curve the ending of the 200 meters and I just got my second wind I'm ahead of pack just leaving it all on the track🥰
@Insertchannfdbadbfd Жыл бұрын
@@thelmajohnson985 Wooow that sounds like a very interesting life... Especially the part with that you thought most of your life is negative, and it turns out to be all positive in hindsight... I hope my pieces will come together too soon, already a lot of great things are happening and made sense of a lot of past troubles. Life is like a puzzle I guess, and the longer you play it, the more pieces are you able to put together.
