People wondered why DY was so big and it was easy to see. He never pissed about with fairy weights. It was totally hardcore gym and weights. Even when you watch the reps with his training partner. Not many would do the extra he would do.

This is what you call dedication. Anybody can achieve this if you dedicate yourself like this guy does.

The best hardcore bodybuilding training video that ever was and will be. The intensity, the shots, the support by the training partner, everything fits together perfectly.

I fully expected him to deadlift that. 405. Then he proceeds to row it and I'm immediately humbled.

Considering the amount of food that Dorian Yates would have had to eat back then. I imagine that hearing him in the bathroom would've not sounded much different with his colon talking back to him on the toilet. Squeeze it out Mr.Yates. YES YESSSS, THAT IT!!!!! BUSINESS AS USUAL!!!! HIS: High Intensity Shitting

@ingaz65658 жыл бұрын
Goes to show that although many bodybuilders prefer to workout alone, having a training partner really helps you get those last few reps in. Im sure Yates was/is a strong minded individual but that trainer pushing him to the very last ounce of strength on every exercise paid off.

There have been so many back-workouts that pro's and amateurs have put up throughout the years, via video streaming sites, DVD's and the likes. This one is still the best one I've seen. And its nearly been 20 years since i watched the original via, VHS tapes, back in late 1996, early 1997.

I've had a lot of luck with this training in the past. And because of muscle memory and my diet I'm confident this style will get me really jacked this time round with more experience and knowledge. I was slack but a second job did make it hard to stay committed in the past. Sustainable routine is my goal.
