Did ICC tell you about the deadline? The 31st December deadline is for the structure. For chairs and finishing it would be completed within first week of January. Did you watch the construction of Nassau County stadium? It was completed just two weeks before the ICC event. Go watch the nassau cricket stadium videos again and see what the experts were saying just one month before T20 WC. Everyone was saying they won’t be able to complete the whole stadium on time.
