Well for two reasons: 1. Spectre Divide is absolute trash compared to the polish of any Valve game. 2. Spectre Divide is just a boring concept overall, it's a rehashed version of CS/Valorant in an already saturated market. Nobody cares about raw aim these days, it's why games like CoD and Apex are stagnant as well. People want to see true outplay in PvP, not just controller assist carrying every other lobby. Planting the bomb is such a boring game mode and mechanic that we definitely didn't need regurgitated in another half effort attempt at a competitive FPS.

too many cheaters. infinite stamina out the gate without any items. dashing multiple times in a row when they shouldn't be able to. then you have the cheaters that just gift themselves money even though you shut them out of making any. I legit was carrying hard as infernus.... everytime I took a tower, i would take their creep camps on their side of the map. same with every walker. i never gave them a chance to make any money. and yet magically this mcginnis doubles my money out of nowhere and has all the best items.... how? she had no creep farm and no kills. in fact early to mid game i was absolutely shitting on her. doesn't make sense does it? the game is just getting riddled with cheaters. then you have the aimbot kiddies. they only shoot your face and never miss any shots, so they melt you instantly. im talking early game, not late game with extra items that buff damage, attack speed, etc. me being a legit player, i can't hit only headshots, so i usually try to hit headshots but not 100% accuracy.... and that's just pathetic. because like counter strike 2, cheaters will absolutely own the upper ranking and thusly not worth playing.

cheaters suck but at the same time isn’t this a problem in every game? how are you running into cheaters left and right. seems like there could be something you’re missing because this game is actually better than most in terms of that problem for how long it’s been available.

yes. game is so trash and unbalanced its just league of legends but in third person. Also with valves type of balancing the game is never going to feel good.

@@ohsuhtinah what? are you re tar ded? theres only a 171,xxx players peak.... CS2 beta had 800k peak.... not even fucking close. you could argue "closed beta" but its not really closed considering everyone i know has deadlock because everyone got friend invited. all it takes is one to get in and your entire friend group gets in. and it grows from there like a pyramid, one friend invites 10 friends, they invite 10 friends, and so on, that snowballs very fast. theres more people playing dota2 than deadlock.

@@goblinphreak2132 read what i typed again... at launch moron. first year cs go peaked at around 50k. Also deadlock is in alpha not closed beta. The game is probably going to change alot within 2 years. They already changed the map and its only been a few weeks.
