I keep trying to find the penalty on the goal at timestamp 13:13. I just don't see interference there. I'm happy it didn't count for your sake but I don't know what he was seeing, unless this angle just doesn't tell the whole story.

#5 on Rain City played the hip block on 88. That's when the hand goes up. The goal probably should have counted cause if Rain City did touch the puck they never had possession. But whistle did blow before puck went in.

​@@CleverTricksGames Well that's exactly why I was confused. The arm went up, and #5 Yellow was the only player who did anything that could even be considered illegal. But then the goal scored by orange is waived off so I could only conclude it was a penalty on them, not on yellow. If it was on yellow, then that explains the penalty, but not the whistle being blown. 100% agree though that the whistle went before the puck went in and therefore regardless of who the penalty was being called on, the goal should not count. Thank you for the clarification on who exactly got that penalty, though.
