I am 64, and go for a run, but start out very, very slow like a walk, and then a very slow half mile and then a walk, and increase by a quarter mile every few days, and stretch before and after. You can do it. I used to race 2 and 3 miles and got side -tracked in the army. I decided to run again and was making progress. It is cold here in the winter and that hurts. I've seen a few very old looking guys running, but other than that...nobody. I ask myself: what happens if I have to run to escape danger: will i be able to?

For that matter, why is Israel routinely included in European sporting competitions and cultural festivals? On what map is Israel located in Europe?
