@@catherinemuhuri9488 I think this a Kenyan problem. Not just the lakeside city. My cousin who had a shop in Nyeri and was doing great, closed shop post election and never went back. He had a welding shop, was doing great. Was loved by the locals but guess what, it takes just a few locos( crazy’s) to burn down everything. There were many relatives out there. They never went back and non of the leaders from those counties never talk about the violence. As much as you want to hold Prof Nyong’o accountable, and yes, he needs to talk about it, how about we start with the”log in our own eyes” as Kenyans. Whenever I get an opportunity, I educate my people on voting with their heads(based on policies) vs voting based on “ our thief,” our son! Let’s agree, it begins with you and I!!

Beautiful finishings,layout is great lakini hi mambo ya time share, if the hotel goes down you loose all your money. I would prefer to fully own it 100% which I believe would raise the price to over 10million But all the same a job well done.

Are you operating on a hidden revenue business model? i.e you make your money through the actual construction (you've got your own construction company) and obviously management - where you charge a 5% fee of the monthly rental income like most property management companies, because 5 million shillings is very reasonable. I'd love to own 4 of them, live in 1 and rent the other 3 with you guys managing everything.

Only thing I didn't like is that its limited to only 5 days/nights of usage every year. I want to live there and stay there any time I want, maybe I'm in Africa for 3 months, then I want to be able to stay there without rent, of course I would not expect an income while I was using the unit.

I think many people in the diaspora would love to own 4 units or 2 units, but you need to remove the 5 day limitation. Of course people won't earn a guaranteed income when people are using it more, but when people aren't using it for at least 30+ days then they should get the guaranteed income. Find away to make it more appealing for that particular customer segment.

Demand is usually very high in Nairobi and people with money are still willing to pay for those prices, it's not robbery, you just don't have the money the buyers have, the same will happen kisumu a few years from now and people will still complain

Good job Chamwada for the show. This is basically close to if not timeshare business which you as the owner has no control over your property. There’s much information and legal ties which is not disclosed until you get yourself in and very difficult to pull out. Kenyans need to be educated. My brothers and sisters are not ready for this pyramid schemes, my opinion.

Here in the US we have fractional ownership deals and they can turn sour. Annual maintenance fees. Management fees. Hard to get out from under them.
