Such developments on fertile red soil. Real estate development should focus on Semi arid areas like athi river etc. and we utilise this precious land for food security
@thiongomountain98633 жыл бұрын
I think a person property ought to be respected . If it was a government project then we can talk on that ,,, those semi arid areas are also people's properties and land .

@@thiongomountain9863 when government plans for infrastructure and other developments, it doesn’t just do that on government land. Eg SGR, it was to affect many land owners and they were compensated . Same as the expansion of Heathrow airport etc. off course one has to respect people there is no suggestion of grabbing or taking land by force. Government doing planning should involve the public through parliamentarians to explain such blueprints and public good e.g job creation , food security .. I just woke up I hope I’ve articulated well for you to understand ..

if the land is not ancestral land you will get a title lease , its with all lands in kenya, if you read the title deeds you will always see the lease period , while the other doesn't have but are very few since most people don't have such huge ancestral land intact

@@allcontent196 please enquire from the Management for us. It can't be every private home/property has a lease time. The many I've seen and the 1 I bought in 2019 has no lease terms, it's mine forever. Does one get a title deed for this one by the way?

Beautiful but with over 100 acres, I bet you can make provisions for non-motorized transport. Seems to be a non-issue for Kenyan developers. Surprisingly even big developments like Tatu lack the same.
