Chana Dal Chutney | Roasted Chana dal chutney for idli and dosa | Quick & easy chutney recipe

Ingredients - Chana Dal Chutney
Split Bengal gram (roasted) - 1/3 cup
Ginger - ½ inch
Green Chilli - 2
Cumin - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - As required
Lemon juice - 1 table spoon
Oil - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Curry leaf - 5 to 7 leaves
