1 Onion
1 tomato
200 gm spinach
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp Desi ghee
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp kasoori methi
1 pinch asafoetida
2 tsp chop garlic
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
2 no whole red chilli
