Simple Delicious Chana masala explained in a quick and easy manner. Do give it a try. Hope you all will like it. Best suits for Chappathi, Poori, chole poori, and even for Naan.
Ingredients:
To Boil :
soaked Chana Dal 250gms
Onion 1 Big
Tomato 1 Big
Potato 1
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
For Gravy :
oil 2 tbsp
bay leaf 1
cinnamon 2
Black cardamom 1
cardamom 3
star anise 1
cloves 3
Onion 1
Tomato 1
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
kulambu Masala 2 tbsp (homemade)
[Can be replaced by:
2sp coriander Powder
1sp cumin Powder
1sp chili Powder ]
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Chana masala 1 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
dry mango Powder 1/2tsp
salt as required
To Garnish :
sugar 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
Chana masala 1/2 tsp
chopped coriander 1 tbsp
