Ingredients:
To grind coarse:
Coconut (pieces or grated) 50 gms
Garlic 1 if big or 2 if medium-sized
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Curryleaves 2 strings
Dry Red chili 5 to 7 as per your taste
To Boil :
Cluster beans ( kothavarangai) 400 gms
Water 1/2 cup ( 50 ml )
Rock Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
To Saute:
Coconut oil 5 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curryleaves 1 string
Small onions 50 gms
Small tomato 1
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
To Garnish:
Roasted Bengal Gram powder 1 tbsp
(Chutney kadalai powder)
