Great video! I appreciate the fact that you stopped to pray. We do the same thing if we hear sirens. Our life is just a vapor & can be gone in any second. We have to realize God loves us, that everyone is a sinner, that sin has a price, that Jesus paid that price for us by dying on the cross & finally pray & ask Jesus Christ to be your Savior, forgive you of your sins & ask Him to save you. It's just that simple. 😊

Since you asked, staging with furniture is important so we get an idea of how big or small the rooms are. However they always seem to go overboard with all the knick knacky stuff.

Yes I loved this, the bedrooms and closets too small though! Would love the same model but a bit bigger and bigger kitchen island. Imagine with a nice front porch added, the side porch with fireplace and a Firefly deck in back. Perfect!

Liked the kitchen and pantries. Something about the colors touched my plesure senses. lol. I think it is great they acre putting barn doirs in bc it allows more space. Something about this one really motivates me to get my house mire in order

Love it when the stove has its own section!!!! Very swanky and very nice!!! Very nice island as well. Although, I'd have to have some kind of divider between the kitchen and living room. I don't like those 3-in-1 rooms. Butlers Pantry is awesome, so is the laundry room! Love the dark colors. Overhead vents! YEAH!!!!! The office is really nice as well. So modern to have an office space in the house thats not a bedroom or hallway. LOVE the masterbath vanity setup with the square sinks and huge wall mirrors/lights!! Sweet!!!

This is a nice home Chance. I would have the “She Shed” as a 4th Bedroom for my Granddaughter. My family room would be turned into a game room. I love the kitchen blue accent colors in the chairs and plates in the pantry. Love it!🥰🥰

This is NICE! Nicely Decorated also.....The Blue did it! So Nice & quiet inside compared to outside, Well Built Home! The Room beside the Kitchen would be my Desktop Computer Room & Sewing Room. Flat Screen TV...Bedrooms are small...Now, for the Kitchen & Pantry to look so Nice & the Livingroom, they let us down on the bedrooms with those wire closet rack.

Love this house! That utility room is amazing! Love how the entertainment area and that little bit of visual separation. Definitely keep the she shed!!!! LOL I like that the rooms can be multipurpose or used for bedrooms or a lot of other ideas. The main bedroom closet needs some built ins & the bathroom shower definitely needs a complete tile shower to do the bathroom justice.

Hi Chance and Cullen..omg this home is quite gorgeous....❤...Love the kitchen and the pantry area with those shelves outstanding...The chairs at the dining table and island are so unique love it....the laundry room is absolutely gorgeous all the shelves and folding table and the desk .... it's just comfy in the laundry room....the she shed wow it's absolutely gorgeous love the shelves and that desk is awesome...now the den is a room I wouldn't leave ❤️ 💙....so cozy and warm...love that sofa .... only thing in the master bath is extra shower 🚿 heads ...absolutely Gorgeous home...Be Safe Be Blessed

There is so much storage in this home I love it I would own it in a heartbeat. And whoever stage this home with the colors goes perfect with the paint colors just draws you in and makes you want to look at more. I would want to use those same color pallets for my house. Price is really reasonable too

Chance I really love the homes and your personality. I am a subscriber. What means the most to me is when you stopped and prayed. I am the same way. I have lost my job of 5 years. I dedicated my whole life for this company. Last year I lost my Dad and then Step Brother soon after.y Step Sister went to the Lord. At the end of the year in December my unborn Grandchild didn't make it. I showed up at work when I was supposed to. I got some wright ups cause I made mistakes going through this. Write up stays for a whole year. The company has less customers. Yes I got walk out the door. I am 52 and never in my life have been walked out the door. Please pray for me looking for a good job. I am taking care of my Mother that almost lost her life shortly after my Dad due to COVID

Firstly, I hope there wasn't a serious accident or something and that everyone is OK. Great home and I really liked the sofas and arm chairs. I did think that there was a little too much decoration, which was a bit too busy and took away from the shelves etc what you are actually trying to look at. I really like the colour scheme though.

I agree with the staging. Beautifully done. I love that oversized kitchen sink! I would definitely see about optioning in a pot fillers. I'd leave it a she shed. lol *Thank you for the prayer. I thought I was the only person who stopped to post for the people families and first responders. I do like the square sinks, but I'd like to see the trough style in there. The built in are beautiful. Palm Harbor outdid themselves! Folding station. 😍 Master closet was a bummer after laundry room and pantry. I'd have an enclosed water closet have shower where they have the toilet, enclosing the shower and tub in a spa style. Thank you Chase!!

I love this house I would change only a few things like adding a retreat to the master suite. I love the idea of a she shed also, but my she shed will be detached from the house so I can actually be left alone, lol. I feel like the out of desk in the utility room is so that that room can also be used as a craft room and having a designated computer and printer right there with your crafts would be so helpful. They thought of one of the most trivial things. The placement of the TP holder. It's way out on front of the toilet instead of on the side in the middle of it. when they put it that far back you feel like your having to turn around to get some off the roll.

That was a really small master closet, especially considering the size of the laundry room and pantry... and wire racks?? The shower looked small too... and no bench. It looks like that part of the house was an after -thought on someone's part. I love the Palm Harbor homes but they dropped the ball on the master suite on this one. Other than that, a very nice home. And thanks for the prayer for those who might have been involved. 19:59
