Absolutely perfect for single person and a great starter home. I love that it is also available in 2 bedroom with a porch. I love the layout,all the touches from the windows,the flooring,the white cabinets. Only flaw..those metal wire shelves which is easily changeable. Exactly what I would want in my retirement home. Great job Chance. Deer Valley homes are always so beautifully done.

Really nice home and love that it's nothing huge. Perfect for a single person or older couple. Was really waiting for that price and was thinking in that $100,000 range. When that $185,000 came up I was really shocked 😳😲.

Not worth the price you can. Buy a house at that price in certain areas especially in Kentucky there are beautiful homes for cheaper than that with more sqft and land

Chance!!!! Vern said that I HAD to watch tonight’s episode, and that THIS home was THE ONE we have been looking for. Well I gotta tell ya, he was absolutely right! The front kitchen with all that natural light is a must have for me. He was concerned that there wasn’t a bathtub in the master. But it actually didn’t sway me away from this one. That two bedroom version with a hot tub on the back porch will fit the bill! These smaller double wides are what we are most interested in. Would love to see more in this size. The dining room is wasted space for us, I'd rather have a bigger room somewhere and an eat-in kitchen, than a dining room. I like keeping the food in the kitchen. That's just me though.

Gorgeous home! As close to perfection for us as it gets. 4.75 stars, only because the closet is a bit small for the two of us, but I'd find a way to make it work! Other two bedrooms would be his WFH office and my office craft combo room. Saving this one for sure. Would love that porch option, but having a room for me would be ideal. 😊

This home is lovely and the sort of place I'd be proud to call my own. I love that flooring... but I'd want the shower to be a garden tub, personally... although that shower set up is absolutely gorgeous. I just love to soak my worries away. Still, a gorgeous home, looks solidly built and the perfect sort of space to counter those who still have something against 'trailers'.

Love this, and the size. Love the kitchen! My only complaint is that i wish they'd put an extra door between the toilet/shower and sink in the hall bath. When it's directly off the living space like that, it'd be nice to have that extra privacy. Plus, it's just nice when you only have two bathrooms. If you have kids, one can be in the shower while one is brushing their teeth.

Thank you for showing smaller homes! I still would like to see something bigger than "tiny" but even smaller than this one. Although we are on the west coast and probably won't buy from your area, I'm sure that there are others in our situation who need even shorter double wide in order to make the sharp hairpin turns to reach our property. We are older and need a 1 or 2 bedroom, 1 bath small but not tiny home. 600 to 800 square feet. We really enjoy your videos! Thank you 😊 Glenn's wife

Nice overall floor plan. A couple changes I would ask for is 1. make it 48 foot long--more room in the two bedrooms, 2. wood shelves and rods, 3.smoothe sanded finish on the ceiling ad 4. instead of four big drawers in the kitchen I would prefer a single drawer over each door. I looked in your drop down, who builds the house?

I have to agree with your about the closet. Those wire shelves and rods aren’t as strong. Also, check that all the braces are attached to the studs. This isn’t something many would think to check, but ‘m speaking from experience. 20 years ago I bought a 2002 Patriot Homes single wide model. At 1:30 AM, I was awakened by a loud crash. Went to the closet and one side of my wire rack and rod came out of the wall. Yes, that side wasn’t attached to a stud. What was it replaced with? Four closet brackets, a wooden shelf and a wooden closet rod. Brackets screwed into the studs and a better, stronger closet option.

I love this home BUT not water heater in closet. Had very bad experience with water heater in closet. Had so much trouble trying to replace it. And the closet was small

💯 😍I loved this model & floor plan! As a parent of 3, and almost empty nester, this is the size I'm looking for. That 2 bedroom option was sweet as well. But for me personally I'd need the plan shown, as I know one day I'll have grand babies & will need rooms for family visits. Also appreciate the luxury shower in master bath. Conveniently there is a bath in the other if you have the need (for said future grands ❤️). Love your tours, please, PLEASE, show more this size.
