Especially where I live, cuz it's a very small island (Madeira, Portugal) and everyone's interest is to build lots of apartment complexes or luxury houses... This story made me so happy. I do wish we could have had a full tour of one of the homes, but I still enjoyed it. What a wonderful thing to do to provide these smaller homes allowing young people the affordability to get started as homeowners sooner. What a well thought out, beautifully planned community of homes at an incredible price! I hope someday you will/can collaborate with builders/investors in Austin, Texas. We are in desperate need of affordable, safe, energy efficient homes here. Our city has grown by leaps and bounds and average home prices here are in the high $400's plus HOA fees that start at $250 a month.
