Especially where I live, cuz it's a very small island (Madeira, Portugal) and everyone's interest is to build lots of apartment complexes or luxury houses... What a well thought out, beautifully planned community of homes at an incredible price! I hope someday you will/can collaborate with builders/investors in Austin, Texas. We are in desperate need of affordable, safe, energy efficient homes here. Our city has grown by leaps and bounds and average home prices here are in the high $400's plus HOA fees that start at $250 a month.
