Can't be a home by any stretch,,, no cooking facilities. No living area, useless 2nd and 3rd bedroom, Terrible design. For close tothat price you can geta decent constructed shell building that will last a lifetime. I'm 64, lived in trailer homes since I was 19, last year in a conventional stick build,

This actually has more kitchen cabinet space than our tiny house! When we built ours, we only intended to live here a couple years while we built our forever home. We moved in in the fall of 2019. Covid hit, then the cost of everything went thru the roof, and here we are! Our place is a 16x40 ft barn style shed that we turned into a tiny house. I keep all my extra cookware in the shop we built soon after moving in. We're an old couple, and have talked about the situation. If we have to live out the rest of our lives in this shed, we're ok. Food, shelter and clothing are the main priorities in anyone's life. A place like this could be a God-send to someone who might otherwise be in dire straits.

The 1st problem for me is that the bathroom sink is not in the bathroom. Why would you do that? They should have eliminated the wall separating the beds and made it a bunk style room and put the bathroom vanity back in the bathroom.

I agree. Most people wash their hands after they flush. Can't imagine the door knob upon leaving. No stove, shhesh! Bunk beds is a good idea. Or a loft for extra sleeping. Not a fan of this model. The price is great. Just needs to be reconfigured. I love Chance, and his videos. He is so sweet and genuine. And does a good job of providing all the details. Don't change a thing about your presentation Chance that's what makes you, you!

That design can be tweaked to be workable for sure. The price point is a good price point. Of course mobile homes have gone up so much in price for $40,000 20 years ago that is what I paid for my 18-wide three bedroom two bath. It is amazing that the prices of these mobile homes have just gotten so outrageous

In the south they are plugs. Say what you will. Anyway I would do away with the 2nd bedroom, put the sink in the bath, add space for stackable washer/dryer. Eliminate a some counter space for small range. Sofa bed to turn bedroom into living room. Do away with sink in front bedroom. Window over sink. Now it's a perfect small home. 5 acres of land 2 on one acre, and instant airbnb. Thank you Chance for the tour. Tell cutie pie Cullen hello. Blessings to you and your family 💗

This reminds me of our 8x32 two bedroom trailer my husband, kids and I lived in. He was taller than the roof. He couldn't stand straight in it. Not even to mention he couldn't fit in the bathroom. While sitting in the bathroom he would have to put 1 foot in the hall and the other in the shower because he couldn't fit with his legs under the sink. We still had more closet and storage space than this home, not to mention a bigger kitchen area. Old times. Loved it.

I realize that this home is a sort of cabin or worksite home, but it has a major flaw in that there is no hand sink in the bathroom and the kitchen sink is right at the bathroom door. This means, if you are fastidious about washing your hands after using the bathroom, you are confronted with washing your hands in the kitchen sink (not very comforting the thought of washing dishes you eat off of in the same sink you clean up in after a bathroom break), or you have to walk to one end of the unit or the other. Plus, and though I saw a dishwasher and a fridge, I saw no range. That's not a tiny home, that's a mobile motel room.

It reminds me of a more modern bunkhouse. Hmmmm.... now for that price get two, and have contractors create the front door by combining two porches (enclosing them)on the adjoining ends into a proper kitchen and living room set up by removing the master bedroom on that end, set up like an L turn the remaining master into a proper one by walling off the bathroom on the master wing taking along most of the kitchenette type area into a great big master. Add a little more privacy for the two remaining bedroom bunk areas and also extend the wall on the other side of that wing's bathroom to create a walk-through washroom where laundry could be as well as a bigger bathroom. $10K worth of reno and you are still under $100 and end up with a highly customized home

My dad always corrected me when I called them plugs, "They are not plugs! They are receptacles." The space is good in this one, but the layout puts me in mind of an oil field bunk house. I'd have to reconfigure it to live in - remove those sinks from the living spaces and make the bathroom large enough to have a sink would be my first change. I suppose it'd be doable for that price. Thanks for another great tour and the smiles, Chance. Blessings.

Hello Chance! Don't worry about it! I grew up calling it a plug, or a plug-in, and Not an outlet, let alone an electrical outlet! What a mouthful that is! I guess it depends on where you were raised or where you have lived the longest. My husband grew up calling it an outlet. You start talking like the company you keep you know, if you are around them long enough. I now sometimes call it an outlet and he sometimes calls it a plug-in. Hahaha! But mostly we still call it what we were raised doing so. This place is strictly for a vacation or weekend home! Sure wouldn't want to stay in it, as is, for more than a week at one time! But Chance, there's no where to sit, except on the beds! So on second thought, I wouldn't even use it for a weekend place as is. I would have to have one that has a love seat, at least, to sit on, and a small 2-seater table, and most of all, a bigger bathroom! I didn't see a laundry room either. Of course as long as you don't stay more than one week, you can always take enough clothes to last and just wash them after you get home! You did a good job showing the place, Chance. It has nice porches on it, but needs a bench on both ends! God bless y'all, Chance. You said the family is with you? Well tell them I said hello, and y'all have fun.

Random sinks all around the place. Maybe it'd be good for a single parent with kids, or just a single person? I can't think of who this would be ideal for.

Hi Chance... I took a tour of the comments and it seems most agree on redesigning the layout...one thing they forgot to mention..whether it's used as a guest house/air b&b/or living quarters..with no stove or even a cook top range..drop the dishwasher and reduce the size of the refrigerator...certainly too large for its purpose...the space looks more like student dorm as it's laid out... I'm sure many folks react as I do to some of the floor plans..lol..they need to hire us/me..someone with a better and experienced home exposure... Thanks for all you do..we definitely appreciate the work you put in...hug the boy..he's a sweetie...🌿🌿🌿

WHERE IS THE COOK SURFACE? dumbfounded that they would build it with no way to cook a simple meal.

Chance: the technical name is: Nema type 5-15R Duplex Receptacle... The phone charger cord that you plug into this device is a 5-15P where P stands for plug. Previously the R stood for Receptacle..

I would need more windows and glass on the door and no stove or cooktop?

Interesting home. Not impressed with the layout. I can envision this as a lake cottage. Thank you for bringing this information to your viewers.

Chance, you know I don't like a Bathroom in a kitchen or next to it...Should have had it between those bedrooms, like a jack & Jill .....This would have been a good time to have a Murphy bed so that the sitting room could be a bedroom at night.....No Chairs or sofa or Love Seat....just sleeping quarters...It would make a nice Farmhouse for the hired hands...Price is the Only thing good about it.......

It's cool. I would buy a countertop toaster oven, the larger room mini dining table and mini couch, and one of the smaller rooms, a mini office.

The 40k price point is pretty sweet. But I think I'd have to do a rebuild on that puppy if I were to buy something like that. The price is interesting. I've been watching the tiny house movement quite a bit over the past few years and the price point on them run an outrageous price per sq ft. It's true price gouging and scandalous. This is more in line. But I hate the floor plan.

Well, I would definitely be modifying that to be sure!!! Not sure, for that reason alone, this one would be an option. Thanks for the tour!

It's cute. I wish it had pocket doors to divide the smaller sleeping area. I wish it had an oven or at least a microwave. Have a good day, Chance!

This home would be better for a summer vacation cabin to put by a lake or in the woods. I prefer to have more divisions in my home (living room, bedrooms, storage, and bathroom)..

it would be great for extra sleeping quarters but to live in it I would want a place to sit that isn't a bed and really want the ability to cook in something besides my Ninja Foodi. If you have lots of company this would be fantastic to have on your property.

Can't be a three "Bedroom" first space is open shared space and the other side is like a super small studio apartment but one that is incomplete, no cooking appliance. So more like a bedroom that a partial bathroom and partial kitchen have been put in and the front area would just be a bunk area.
