This home is beautiful and I would not change anything except carpet. I love the bar in living room area. I would set it up for Champagne. I live in Georgia, but will be retiring next year to TN. I would never have even thought about purchasing a Mobile home. You have changed my mind with all the videos. 7 years ago I bought a house in Woodstock and for 6.5 years all I did was Remodel, Replace and Repair. I don't want to do that again. I am looking for property in TN and had planned to build but this home would change my mind. I would just have to build a porch. Thanks for the videos and I will continue watching.

Wowwww the complaints are unhinged! I actually really liked this one. The countertop on the island is gorgeous and I'd put it on the other counters too. I can't decide if I like the tambor wood look, but it's interesting and a nice detail that's not shiplap. I personally adore that grid shower enclosure in the master, the mirrors, and especially the the L-shaped vanity setup. My favorite thing about houses like this is the master on one side and the other bedrooms alllllll the way across the house. And that pantry!! That's one of the nicest ones I've ever seen at a price point like this. If I could afford to buy a house right now I'd definitely look into this one!!

I love this house! The size is perfect for a single person or grandparents who don’t need a lot of room. It has pretty much everything in a good space. No wasted spaces. Although I usually prefer 2 sinks in the guest bathroom, this house to me is okay. Love the pantry! It even has a space for a freezer in the utility room. If I could change anything it would be a lighter color on the outside, otherwise great home and floor plan. Thanks Chance this one is a 9.5 for me!🎉

I love this layout, perfect size for a smaller family or as a starter home. Not sure if this is available as a prefab or modular, but if did I would choose this for when my family is ready to upgrade.

Wow that main bathroom was awesome! Probably the nicest one I've seen yet.. the rest of the home was also very nice, different layout... Seems to have a decent amount of storage. I love the desk in the laundry room lol, kinda unique. All this and well priced. Win win!

Only main thing I would change is getting rid of the drop zone. I would rather have my saltwater aquarium as it would fit there nicely and there isn't really any other place to put it out of windows. Other than that, getting rid carpet for the same flooring throughoit is my other main change for the bedrooms. 😊

Yes, a lovely house, but it still needs a broom closet. Where would you put the vacuum cleaner and other cleaning stuff? I would change the drop off zone into a broom closet. But I love the computer desk in the laundry area. Every house should have a home office. Love your channel!

Happy to see a coat closet. Kind of weird to have an outside entrance into the pantry. Also, didn't care for the fact that in the shared bathroom the toilet was right in front of the window. Overall layout of the house is better than some of the recent ones I've seen.
