Holy Cow! I want this now. I would have a fish fry party every fall with all of my summer fish and football parties after Church. To make it better? I would take all closets out of the guest rooms and turn the center room into an amazing office nook and two walk-in closets for the other 2 bedrooms. And, of course, make it affordable for me to actually buy it 😆 I don't think you can top this one.

I LOVED this one but I am wondering who is gonna have a party in the shower.🤪🤣 (Maybe someone has an idea what we would do with 3 showers and hubby and I use 1 shower and one tub. Finally a builder that puts the tub and shower in a wet room area! I would also like the toilet in that room too. Easier to wash the outside of the tub & toilet and no drips, wet body drops all over the floor. A lot of countries and that is standard... Although, 2 things... I would see if there is something else to do with the nook area in the kitchen. It would just never get used for our needs. The outside area to make it where it can be like a 3/4 season room that can be opened up during warm months with screens/sliding panes etc or closed during cold times to protect that outdoor water.. We don't get a lot of cold here in Tennessee but maybe 6 weeks out of a year. The warm weather has bugs, lots and LOTS of bugs. Ones that like to sting you. Want you hurting or dead. lol . Like wasps! Not even going into wild life would have a blast on that porch. Possums, raccoons and feral cats.🤣 Maybe the occasional coyote😳 I knew the price was not affordable.

this is my favorite home so far the kitchen nook is the cat area lol he has his window and a place for his tower lol omg this home ill be sending this link for hubby i hope you can get it with less bedrooms, that may be the only way i can get hi to go even look at one of these styles near us and the price of course but even if im still sending it this is absolutely wonderful i love the main bathroom shower and tub area lol i do not know why you would need so many showers in one shower but who the EF cares its beautiful lol

Beautiful home but way overpriced for a modular home. It has everything that I like inside and out including my pot filler 😀and the wet room in the Primary Bathroom. But it exceeds my budget for a modular home, I would just have a home built from the ground up for that price. Manufacturers really need to become realistic about these homes. But it is beautiful! Thanks for the tour!😊

I like this home but i would rather let my Kitchen and dinning room put where the living room at. And the living room as you come in at the front door, and before i let them put a porch i prefer that be a den and then the porch.
