I am kind of surprised that you didn't mention the Svirfneblin Magic. Deep Gnomes can cause blindness/blurred vision and/or deafness, they can disguise themselves, and this is all in addition to camouflage with rocky environments. Excellent foundation for either an Arcane Trickster Rogue or a Phantom Rogue. I've used my Deep Gnome to get revenge on The Drow

They’re the only race that gets Superior Darkvision without having to suffer through Sunlight Sensitivity. They also get access to the Racial Feat Svirfneblin Magic, which offers up some pretty cool spells.

Playing one of these in a homebrewed world worked out pretty well so far.....I did lose a arm as of last night but it's cool now I get a prosthetic one woot

I have a Svirfneblin Warlock that I love! Advantage on savings throws from magic on Wis, Cha, and Int is tight. 120 ft dark vision is amazing! But I think my favorite is the Svirfneblin feat which gives you one at will buff (non detection on self with no component cost), disguise self once a day, blur once a day, and Blind/deaf once a day! None of which use up your precious spell slots! I just wish the spell cast was based off of your spell ability (cha) instead of the set ability of Int.
