Chandannagar & Bansberia | Beautiful cities on the Hooghly River

Chandannagar & Bansberia in West Bengal are two beautiful cities along the Hooghly River. Chandannagar is known as a French settlement and there are signs of this in the architecture and even the wide streets.
In this West Bengal travel vlog, I visit these two cities - travelling along the river and try Bengali sweets, chai from a clay cup and visit an incredible temple with an unusual architectural style.

French Chandernagar is really very underrated place in india Foreigner visiting bengal visits ghetto city kolkata instead of visiting sunderbans, chandernagar , darjeeling Those are the places which has indias history , tradition and culture.

Darjeeling is the biggest ghetto of all, completely spoiled by the hoards of people who line up in front of Glenary's for moronic selfies. Kolkata has become a dumpster, but anyone who says it doesn't have rich history doesn't know sh*t.

Do visit some more offbeat places in Bengal. I refer most popular visiting place for bengalees, Digha. A wonderful sea resort about 200km from Kolkata. It looks like Goa.
