What I like about Chandelure is how the moves are all good and it depends on enemy team comp/playstyle, but what I love most though is that item wise both builds run the same items meaning I don’t have to risk hindering myself if I’m forced to run one moveset that doesn’t work with items

I think i like flamethrower with poltergeist the most. The fixed range is easier to aim and the resets are great. And i like the area that poltergeist gives you since enemies tend to be in more of a blob than a line.

I've tried both Flamethrower and Overheat, and I must say that Flamethrower suits my playstyle a lot. My current mains are Delphox and mage Cram so Flamethrower kinda reminds me of them (I'm a mobile player, and I feel like Overheat is a bit harder to control when I want to aim properly) As for Imprison and Poltergeist, I pick them based on opponent's team comp (The devs need to fix the audio for Imprison and its Unite move though)

I have done the math and on cooldown reduction build with amp and shell bell wise is better also if you use spoon combined with your passive it gives you 36% special defense penetration not 40%

Flamethrower really seems nice but i want Chandelure to have Inferno tbh bcs it's like the first strong fire type moves they can learn even tho only have 50% acc lmao As for Poltergeist or Imprison i think they both hace different niche so depending on the enemies

I agree the matchmaking has been much better. Maybe up to 50 - 60% of my matches have good comps with okay teammates. Thats like 30 - 40% better than last season 😅

For Flamethrower or Overheat, i usually go Overheat. It may be hard to control sometimes, but it's great. I keep a nice range and i can do massive damage. If i'm trying to run and attack at the same time, i can do that. For Poltergeist or Imprison. Depending on if the other team is an ambusher or my team is an ambusher. If the other team, i'll go Imprison and help my teammates kill them. If we're them ambusher, I'll use Poltergeist and slow down the enemies if they are running.

I know my comment may sound crazy.but has anyone tried muscle,rapid & spoon or muscle,shell bell & spoon?I obviously don't have this pokemon now but with the limited licence I used it & I was dominating extreme level difficulty trainer showdown with totally toxic randoms bots which were doing nothing.I didn't expected it at 1st.but afterwards I specially loved the muscle,shell bell & spoon build & mostly played with the build imprison & flame thrower.the other moveset was also good,but I just loved the way I can imprison 1 or 2 pokemon,locked their moves & then the power of flame thrower.I was amazed.people whoevere sees my comment,please try this once & give a reply.everyone's suggestion matters to get the actual good one..

Yeah I think the imprison move is loud for me too in the game when I used the move set build in Pokemon Unite and the weirdest thing is that my Nintendo Switch volume is a little low, but I know it is loud since I use that move a-lot too.

Controversial for sure! 😅 Love to see a whole kit equally usable! Haven't played enough to know what build I like most but I'm thinking Flamethrower/Imprison with Amp/Spoon/Wise-Glasses could be fun because of the unite. Might have to run it with Full heal to make the most of it and I'm looking forward to maybe running it with full navy emblems for the unite in the future.

A breathe of fresh air to have a Pokémon that is really good but not overpowered enough to break a part of the game. Chandelure is a gift to me because he is my second favorite Pokémon and my favorite Ghost Type. Zacian, Lapras, etc felt complete overpowered and unfun to play against.

I feel like Flamethrower is good for lane and Overheat is the better central area option. Flamethrower just allows you to poke for stupid damage at solid range and make people go back to heal. Meanwhile, you've got the more immediately destructive Overheat for powerful ganking. Idk about Imprison vs Poltergeist tho. Both have a place.

He has the same ult issue has cinderace. If you get stunned mid-animation, it cancels. Super annoying. You have to be careful with positioning when using the ult

My favorite combo right now is Overheat + Poltergeist. It's hella fun imo to just lob the flames over and over while spreading burns! I really like the damage Overheat puts out, too! It's a great way to soften enemies up for teammates to finish. Poltergeist makes it even easier to hit with Overheat too!

I run shell bell instead of choice glasses cause i don't have many black emblems, my emblem loadout is just green. Maybe if i pull some more black emblems and get that emblem loadout it would be better to run choice glasses. But honestly even without perfect cooldown reduction that flamethrower cooldown is really damn quick. Like i almost never need to use it and don't have it. It feels like the cooldown is like one second.

I play Overheat with Imprison. The stun is immediate, and makes it easy to line up my shots while I dish out my damage. Also after seeing the damage scaling for this pokemon, I run exp. share, because the level scalers are crazy high. If I had my Choice Specs at level 20, I would use them. Slick Spoon is just really good, so of course I use it, and I have a Shell Bell for the cooldowns and sustain.

Don't use Exp share on it. Shell bell is ok not great. Try getting your specs and spoon to level 20

I would love to say that the matchmaking has been better, but I frequently see people in my games that are several hundred points above me in Masters, also earlier today I had a game where my entire team was solo q and it showed the enemy team as being a 4 stack, even tho that shouldn't be possible, either way, their team had a group and mine didn't

Slick Spoon and Chandelure's SP Def is multiplicative, the Sp Def ignore applies as a debuff for Chandy and the spoon just applies as a passive. Also, the Sp Def ignore is so high that you don't need spoon and better off with glasses, glasses, shell bell
