for everyone saying #2 the starting QB for salpointe is bad, you’re dead wrong. he’s a sophomore who transferred from a school who went to the playoffs, and is now a 1-2 win team. In 3 starts he passed for 13 TDs and 4 ints, and against Pinnacle last week, he threw 4 TDs. He’s not used to the playbook and the speed at Salpointe, but I guarantee you when it comes to his senior year, he will be one of the best QBs in AZ. And the safety that picked him off is Gunnar Maldanado, a 3 star, who obviously has some skills to him. Bourget made a couple of bad throws, but some of them were from the pressure of Chandler, because they have the best front 7 in the state of Arizona. And Salpointe couldn’t run Bijan every time, even though he had 20 carries for 120 yards and a touchdown, he was held pretty well because Chandler is a nationally ranked team, and you can’t go into a game just running your best player, because Chandler has prepared for that.

They had more rushing attempts as a team than passing attempts. The passing was just inefficient. You cant expect to beat chandler running the ball every play. You need a good balanced attack. They have the best front 7 in the state

Chandlers entire game plan was to contain Bijan, not stop him but dont let him break one for 20+ yards and other than one play, I'd say he was contained the rest of the game from the numbers he usually puts up.
