I live in the same area and have been watching a 13,000 square foot house being built below me for the last 1.5 years and is has just barely been enclosed and no interior work done yet. For the size and finish of your house. indoor basketball, indoor pool, plus building during covid. 3.5 million is very reasonable. 1.5 million original quote was laughable even if there were no covid. Glad to see it finally came through. Honestly I feel the design, fit and finish are much better than Stradman's. I am hoping to break ground on my 12000sf modern build next month. Been waiting 3 years for the damn permit.
