@@justablink4307 Helena was a submissive wife. Chanakya called her Chandragupta's favourite but stubbornly childish and difficult to control. He said her beauty was dangerous. I don't understand why he said that though 😂 Meanwhile Nand Nandini was beautiful as well but Chandragupta wasn't pleased with her, he accepted her only because of Chanakya. After their marriage their relationship remained strained and death of Durdhara made massive damage in their relationship. Whether they reconciled is not written in history.

​@@justablink4307 He studied at Taxila University 😂 he had seen fair and beautiful people around him because many Persians, Bactrians and even Greeks used to live there. It's not like he had never seen them. In fact he had destroyed Satraps of Alexander before Seleucus and many Yavan young girls were sent in his service as his bodyguards and for other services. Helena was exceptional beauty though. It was a very cunning move from Seleucus. He intentionally gifted his most beautiful, educated and beloved daughter to gain max favours from him. Helena also was very submissive to Chandragupta and gained many favours for her father. The relationship of Seleucus and Chandragupta is rarest of rare in world history where two enemies became family not just for sake of empires but also from heart. Usually it doesn't happen that way. However it collapse during Ashok's time when Antiochus the great attacked Saubhagya Sena (supposedly Ashok).
