Interesting view abt the moon in the 10th. That's a first. I would associate the feeling of having met someone before to be a south node synastry or planets in synastry in 12th house. I'm thinking 12th house deals with past lives.

How to judge good moon or bad moon in 3rd, if there is no benefic or malefic aspects.In that case, shd we judge from the depositor? , If the depositor is 8th from lagna, and 6th from moon. How will be the effects? Pls put a video on depositors and basics of judging a horoscope.

Moon in first house can make person spoiled character, you can see more people in northwest of India or world they are more spoiled then anyone else i don't say there aren't other in other direction but moon the motherly natured pampered or spoil a lot male or female
