So sorry about your woc...that color is beautiful. At least u got your black mini rectangle. I wanted that over the square but I got the square first. When they called me for the rectangle I missed the call and it was sold in less than 29 minutes. What! Now I gotta wait...bc they limit now. 😒

Hi, I’ve got an exchange for another woc which is better quality and no flaw. I’ve also got the mini rectangular in iridescent black and green, I know I have to wait 60 days before I can buy any more bag not that I can afford it anymore lol 😂

Wow! I can’t believe there’s so many flaws on bags that are $$$$. That’s not okay, Chanel needs to have better quality checks and stop increasing their prices. Sorry that happened! Hope you get a replacement.

The black back looks good on camera I don't know maybe you see better but if is a lamb leather you going to see slide scratch on first time you start using bag.

Yes, I had a lot of chanel lambskin bags in the pass so I’m familiar with the leather, I’ve managed to buff it up and the scratches are hardly noticeable. The glue is almost gone, I’ve picked it out and tweezer 😅 Things I do for chanel 😞

I know, rushing and all. Didn’t even wrap the bag with paper or anything and chain are all left inside leaving the indent on the interior 😩

I'm so sorry to hear this. Hopefully they can exchange/replace the WOC and maybe your SA can try to remove some of the excess glue? or not sure if you want to try? I had a some glue on my mini top handle I was able to rub it off gently. Depending on how bad the surface scratches are you can try to buff it out. I was using my thumb and massaging a small crease with circular motions in lambskin which actually came out but I did that for about 20 min, once a day for a few days, while watching tv. Worse case maybe they can replace both items. When we buy these items, they should be perfect and sometimes we make compromises but if you are not happy, better to return/exchange then to feel regret because you probably won't reach for the bag. Please keep us posted.

Hi, Aw thank you for the suggestion. I did return woc for a refund as I do not wish I get any replacement at this time, this has put me right off buying from the brand. I’m keeping the mini, I did massage the area straight away and hardly noticeable now unless look very close up but it’s doesn’t bother me as much as woc crack on the side. I’ve managed to removed the glue with tweezer, being black colour it’s not too bad and I didn’t peel off the surface of the bag when the glue come off. Thank you 😊

I have been waiting all day for my chanel delivery from my SA out of state and right after watching your video my faulty bag trumps yours - told my SA to check it over carefully before sending but when I took it out of the dust bag their was NO CC ON THE BAG JUST THE TURN LOCK AND THE CC FELL TO THE FLOOR AND BACK PLATE WAS JUST LAYING INSIDE THE BAG NO SCREWS!!!!!!!!! IT WAS THE BLACK SMALL (OLD MINI) WITH GOLD HARDWARE AND LEATHER LINING WHICH I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR - CALLED HIM RIGHT AWAY - HE DOES NOT HAVE ANOTHER!!! UNBELIEVABLE - This was my first of many bags I bought over the years that was faulty but still very disappointed - I do blame my SA as he obviously did not check.
