At first I thought I wanted fuchsia or a red with a blue undertone for a pop of color. Now, I'm considering a CHANEL burgundy or dark tan color, like Carmel shade because these are classic. Outstanding collection. This is one of the main reason I love your videos. You know what you like and you put serious thought in your purchases. I debated whether to get a jumbo or a M/L. I’m only 5 foot tall and weighed close to 100 so I went with a M/L because everyone told me jumbo is too large for my body frame. I haven’t received my bag yet, I hope I will like M/L more and more when I get it this week. Thanks for sharing your video. You have a beautiful collection.

The medium is so much better whether tall or short because it’s closest to the original size Coco Chanel carried and small black bags are much classic than essentially a briefcase looking black bag... plus the chanel classic flap is much suited for a formal bag... so small black bags are better for it. I think the jumbo is more for people who need to carry lots of things

I used to pretty much just wear Chanel all weekend (as I wear LV bags mainly for work during the week) but now I have the LV pochette metis, I probably only wear the Chanel bags once a week or once a fortnight! But I’m sure I’ll wear them more once I’ve worn the pochette metis a bit more😆 xx

Isabelle Ahn I’ve been loving wearing the reverse pochette metis on my trip now through Pacific Northwest. I chose this bag over the chanel reissue for this travel since I didn’t want to worry about possible rain or getting the bag ruined in the airports and/or getting in and out of cars. I find that I worry a lot less with canvas bags than with leather chanel bags. LV canvas bags seem so much more tough.....

hi hun! Yay, it is so exciting to get the first Chanel bag! I would still recommend a classic flap as your first piece! The mini is so cute but cannot fit too much so you have to downsize a lot. Have you considered classic medium? It seems like this will be the perfect day to night. For me personally, I don't have too many fancy occasions so the jumbo is perfect as day to night (dinners, date nights etc) but if you go out a lot and dress up a lot, may be consider the medium! The coco handle is nice too but it makes for a perfect 2nd bag! Xx

Thank you so much for watching Courtney! The chevron mini was a seasonal piece from 2016 and I haven't personally seen it in the caviar leather since then. If you don't mind the lambskin, Chanel's current collection has it with the light gold hardware so you may be able to get one. I usually call my SA or call the customer service line to ask whether they have stock! But if you are set on the caviar leather, you may have to go pre-loved! Hope this helped hun xx

Hi hun! Thank you so much for watching! If you love crossbody bags, I would definitely exchange for the rectangular mini as you can still fit a decent amount of things in this one. Also, rectangular minis are super hard to come by so if you can get one, I'd definitely go for it, whereas the classic flap m/l will be easier to get later on if you still want one later! Also, the rectangular mini has the same shape and that classic look so you probably won't miss the m/l too much! Hope this helps:) Xx

Aw thank you so much hun! I usually wear the beige clair medium flap with dresses that are lighter and when I wear it with denim, I just make sure I have a longer top or wear the bag double strapped so it hangs shorter. Other than that, no special tricks☺️ I do have a couple of Chanel card holders and wallets but really wanting to add some O cases! Xx

I do definitely prefer then square mini for my height but I shorten the chain on the rectangular mini by tying a ribbon and tucking the tied portion of the chain inside the bag! Xx
