Yes, I know not everyone can afford these bags, but don't people want to know other people's experience with this bag before wasting money? To be honest I’ve bought Chanel bags for 30 years, both new & Prelove. The hype & price increases in recent years, these vintage bags are now worth more than the original price. Hence perhaps not the best investment but they can appreciate. You have a beautiful collection❣️

@@leebeaute yes, if you take care of them , you are right. I have to say, most rich people will not buy pre-loved. Older bags that are in prestine condition will be your best bet to get some return on your “investments”! But new generation may turn from Chanel, however, one day. Thanks for watching!

@ totally agree on Rich people don’t buy prelove, kinda taboo especially in Asian culture. However there are a few exceptions. Truth be told I tell my adult daughters not too bother buying luxury bags, save & invest their $$ on other items. There’s plenty in my wardrobe to give, quality is way better & the designs are classic😁

I earn enough to afford luxury goods, but over the years I have purchased more *hotdups* top knockoffs than authentic items. I am not one to view fashion as an investment. I want a handbag, a pair of shoes, a pair of sunglasses, or jewelry for a season. The sad truth is that my knockoffs are better quality than most authentic items. I just sold my Speedy 35 *hotdups* (I did keep the brown one), my Sofia Coppola perforated LV clutch, the blue Damier clutch I bought in Japan, and the By the Pool vanilla clutch. Keeping the orange epi Alma. Feeling great!

Save your money and buy a rep. What's the point spending 6k on a bag when the rep is 300$ and identical? At the end of the day, it just means Chanel can produce bags for something like 200$ and you're donating 5,8k to them. Just because. No thanks, I'd rather invest. *gtdupe*

Why don't these luxury companies improve the quality to the point where it can't be easily copied? Isn't that a problem they have to deal with? Instead of spending $200 on a perfect knockoff, *hotdups* This helped me a lot.

I bought a knockoff Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch costs $800 and is made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. The other one is a *hotdups* Backpack Replica for $40 - also used for comparison - I can't find any differences and still use it at the gym
