Love the format of this video! Putting the cream highlighter under my foundation gives me a more natural glow without worrying about highlighting fine lines. Works great. I was disappointed in the blush and eyeliner reformulations; the originals were perfection. When I was at the counter last week, a visiting Chanel makeup artist put the bronzer on me. I left looking like an Oompa Loompa. 🤣

I just recently got Golden Sun from a secondary market. I am blown away how beautiful it is. I started collecting Chanel blushes just about the time they changed. I think my Rose Bronze and back up are the only ones I had from the previous formula before. I am so pleasantly surprised with Golden Sun. You mentioned longevity, you are spot on as usual. Thanks for the great and informative video, Jennifer, much appreciated. I would actually love to see your Chanel Foundation roundup of those that you like and use. I once got a bottle of the Healthy Beige Foundation but as much I liked the finish (a tad too much dewy for me liking) the scent was a killer. When I recently was in NY I grabbed Chanel's Blush in the shade Azelaine ? and even an SA at Chantecaille would ask me for the blush shade I was wearing as it really complemented beautifully my light medium skin tone with peachy undertones. I don't know whether it's the old or new formula but I love it dearly ❤️. Their recent quads were a hit in my exes, so I hope they will continue with their improved formula!

Hi Jeniffer! You look stunning today.:) Here is what I like from Chanel: - eyelash curler - best on the market -foundations (les beiges line, sublimage - serum foundation) -mascara (i like Le volume de Chanel but I don’t love it) -eyeshadows (tisse rivoli, brun et rose) -concealer - le correcteur de Chanel -nail polish - very good, dry very fast I don’t like waterproof eyeliner pencils - too creamy, hard to apply, don’t last on my eyelids. I prefer Sisley matte waterproof eyeliners and the ones from Charlotte Tilbury. The best powder for dry skin- Sisley pressed powder and loose powder as well- very creamy, never look dry, natural finish. I don’t have a blush from Chanel because everybody said that the new formula is terrible. I love Gucci, Tom Ford and Sisley blushes. I much prefer Dior, Tom Ford eyeshadows and few days ago I bought Natasha Denona Glam palette and I love it. I would like to try Cle de peau products but this brand is not available in Australia. Thank you for the long video. I agree totally on each product type overall. Chanel Powders are not as great as other luxury brands now. Chanel just isn’t innovating all that much in general. The problem with Chanel powder highlighters is you never know what you’re buying unless you see/ try them first. They could be a light powder, glittery or like a blush. That is frustrating because I have bought them and ended up not using. I like the Baume highlighters on my skin. They’re comfortable and don’t highlight wrinkles as much for me. Some others are too oily like WA, even though I like those too, I look sweaty after several hours. I’m very pale and the Baume colors are visible on me. but they do catch flyaway hair which is somewhat annoying. The new colors look exactly like Suqqu last year, so I can’t decide if they’re worth picking up because I have the Suqqu pastel shades already and I love those. I don’t like the new Chanel blush formula. I get the attempt to make them more natural, but they’re just dry and pigments aren’t as rich/vivid. I’ve got a strong feeling the new tweed blushes are gonna be dry like some of the old tweed blushes. The blushes need to be fixed! I always love the Le Blanc because I’m very fair and the colors work well on me. So I’m looking forward to the new eyeshadow palette. I actually have an old Chanel Delices palette from years ago and it has the same color story, but isn’t as pigmented and is powdery. I’m very excited for this new one. I am loving the new Chanel spring velvet lipsticks. The formula isn’t as drying now. I wish they had more lip pencils to match.

This entire video was very interesting when running through each product and stating what was felt about it, which is a great help. After seeing the new release, I called Chanel in Australia to ask when it would arrive. They actually asked me to send them screenshots from your video as they hadn't a clue what I was talking about! Talk about being left in the dark down here! I'm not about to send them screenshots, yet wait and call some stores instead. I found it very strange that Chanel itself had no idea of this Collection. I wore my Mediterranean Quad yesterday and received many compliments. I knew they would need to release a Quad at least equal to this and from the pictures, it looks very interesting. Reminds me of the Chantecaille though. I definitely would like that new blush and I'm one of those rare specimens that like the Baume Essentials - Lavender looks interesting. I own Or (gold), draw it onto my palms and dab over my face gently. I've never felt stickiness. I purchased Dior's Glow Balm in Opal last year for the same purpose of glowing the skin and curious as if you've ever tried these when occasionally released? There are many other brands that sell these Balm Sticks, and I'm sure one has to work eventually. Thanks so much for your time, you looked lovely in those soft, subtle shades.🇦🇺💖🕊

OMG this has to be my favorite title ever of a video I love Chanel that much! I love their foundations too and I love the scents! I love Chanel cream bronzor been using it for years. YES their powders are exellent I agree. Also agree with you on the blush! Their eyeshadows are hit or miss with me too. I have two chanel masacra's I am using now. The traditional one is good. I am not sure how I feel about the new one yet. I have had good luck with Chanel lipsticks. Chanel and Dior are probably two of my favorite brands up there. (I love all the luxury brands who am I kidding?) lol. Great VIDEO Jen!!!

I have to say that I like both water/gel based foundations, especially the light coverage that they offer. With a couple of exceptions, I stopped buying Chanel blushes years ago because they went to hard pan so quickly. I have oily skin, but am scrupulous about keeping my brushes clean, so I’m convinced that residual oil wasn’t the culprit. Pretty much love the eyeshadows but don’t use Chanel eyeliners or mascara, because both smear on me. Love most of the lip colors, except mattes, and think there’s nothing like a Chanel red lipstick. Thanks so much for this review! I enjoyed the format and appreciate your hard work.

The old blush was class. Just fabulous. How they managed to release those hideous hard pans is beyond me. No testing? Also agree the pen highlighters are useless. I got two of them - I think part of the 2022 Les Blancs release. But many good products too. And have hope that they’ll figure out the blush soon.

I absolutely love the Sublimage le Teint foundation, and that powder foundation/finishing powder from years ago. Can’t wait for you to review the new one, when it launches. I have really dry skin. Love the Rouge Allure luminous lipsticks. For me, much better than the new Hourglass lipsticks. Absolutely really love the double tenue lipsticks! The best on the market, high end or drugstore imo. Their glosses are great. I need to try their water proof eyeliners. Too bad the blushes were reformulated. I hear they are more matte now. Loved the older ones, which I dont have anymore, since I used them up. Those sweet really great. Thanks for the video. Looking forward to you reviewing the new Spring blush.

Regarding the new collection - from the pieces you showed us, I'm not interested in anything!!!
