My girlfriend used Egoiste as her signature scent. Recently, after a trauma, she developed Asnomy and can't smell anymore...she stopped using it, very sad. I personally wear all the the three principal Homme scents, original, intense and parfum across the year according to the season. Love, love, love ALL 3💜 Liked very much this (old) vídeo. Cheers 🙏

I just got Egoiste. The opening is really overpowering but once it dries down its really beautiful woody/spicy/floral mix and could be in the Exclusifs line and people would pay the money for it...

Real interesting video...I just found Chanel Egoiste at my local perfumer for reasonable price and I already love it! Thanks for video and I'm trying to acquire Dior Homme Intense as well...pretty hard to find in Los Angeles!

How would you compare Egoiste to Chanel Antaeus? Heard they are both old school, wondering if you had any thoughts. Thanks, Gary

+Gary Both are excellent masculine old school fragrances that may have that harsh out dated vibe if your not used to such creative beasts. It took me well over a year to conquer the challenging Antaeus a leathery animalic chypre with rose and beeswax accords while Egoiste comes off much more woody spicy and sweet doing so with rosewood cinnamon vanilla and sandalwood. If i were to recommend any two masculines from Chanel they would be Antaeus and Egoiste, no question. Antaeus might be somewhat harder to pull off but i find Egoiste offers a greater reward in the end.

The opening îs harsh.....but after.....heaven in a botle
